• Chic and Thrifty Threads specializes in creating unique and chic outfits for every occasion utilizing gently pre-loved items. Each outfit is carefully curated to embody a specific look; however, we allow our customers the choice to mix and match their clothing items to express their individuality. Our outfit recommendations are solely to ease the minds of our customers so they can focus on more important things, like turning heads when they walk in a room. See our story under About Us.

• Where are you located?

• We are located in Houston, Texas.

• What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept all major credit or debit cards, along with Shop Pay, G Pay, Facebook Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

• Are your items cleaned before they're shipped?

• Yes, all items are cleaned, steamed, and pressed before being shipped.

• Can I purchase a top and not a bottom or vice versa?

• Yes, we recommend outfits but allow our customers to mix and match items to achieve the look they desire. 

• I don't see my size, do you carry a variety of sizes?

• Yes, we carry a wide range of sizes but we are a thrift store and may not always have an item you like in your size. If there's a particular item you want or if you just would like to spruce up your wardrobe, complete our Fashion Consultation Form and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.
